		<description><![CDATA[As I said in the last post there is a major flaw in the international law as it is: individuals generally cannot sue states at international courts. The sovereign immunity rule prevents individuals suing states in their own courts. There is no good reason why individuals should not be able to sue the U.S. or Egypt at international courts, since the state immunity rule prevents them from suing states in their own country and most of the time it&#039;s impossible to sue the states in their own courts. Meanwhile individuals are killed, kidnapped, tortured, imprissoned without decent trial by states and individuals can do little about it.]]></description>
